That just depends on how far you are in the planning process! A good rule of thumb is to start looking after you have booked your venue and other major vendors (such as photographers and/or coordinators).

I am based in Dallas Fort-Worth and can travel up to 2 hours outside of the area. This is just to make sure that all your arrangements stay fresh and beautiful!

Typically I will hold about 3 meetings. An initial consultation when you inquire, a meeting to build your floral proposal, and a final meeting closer to the date of your event to finalize the plan!
